Although her consulting firm offered various services, she was disappointed to find out that Align Software was automating customer and prospect database (CAPDB) analysis.

Why?  Because today, these are six to eight week consulting engagements. She viewed our software as competitive.  Although I understand her perspective, doesn’t it make sense that computers would be better at finding trends within customer data than humans?
