Subprocessors

Align Software, Inc. (“AlignICP”) uses the third parties listed below to help deliver the AlignICP platform. Each one processes customer data on our behalf and under our instructions.

For each subprocessor we publish what it is used for, the categories of data involved, and where the processing takes place. Where a processing region is not pinned in our own configuration, we say so rather than assume one.

This page covers the AlignICP platform. Third parties used on this marketing website — analytics, consent management and form handling — are described in our Privacy Policy.

    PurposeBigQuery data warehouse, Dataform, Cloud Run application hosting, Secret Manager, Artifact Registry and Cloud Logging.
    Data categoriesAll customer data held by the platform: CRM records, contact and account records, firmographic data, personal data and application logs.
    Processing regionUnited States — BigQuery multi-region “US”; application services in us-west1.
  • SubprocessorGoogle Vertex AI (Gemini)
    PurposeThe production language model used for intent classification and narrative generation.
    Data categoriesCustomer query text, and warehouse result rows included in the model prompt.
    Processing regionUnited States — us-central1, inside AlignICP’s own Google Cloud project.
  • SubprocessorFivetran
    PurposeIngestion of CRM and SaaS source data into the AlignICP warehouse, and connector management.
    Data categoriesBulk CRM records, including personal data such as contact names and business email addresses.

  • SubprocessorSupabase
    PurposeApplication authentication and the Postgres database holding application metadata. Also used for website authentication.

HG Insights, PredictLeads, TheirStack and Claygent are reached only through Clay, as steps within the Clay enrichment flow. They are listed individually because they receive customer data.

Systems that are not subprocessors

Your CRM.Where AlignICP connects to a customer’s Salesforce organisation, that system belongs to the customer, not to us. We are not a processor of it. We read from it and, where the customer has enabled it, write results back to lead and account fields — but the customer remains the controller and operator of their own CRM.

Notice of changes to this list

We maintain this page as the current list of AlignICP subprocessors. Before we add a new subprocessor or replace an existing one, we will give affected customers advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to object — the general written authorisation and change-notification arrangement described in Article 28(2) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

How this list is maintained

The entries above are derived from AlignICP’s internal vendor and subprocessor inventory, which is checked against our live production configuration and source code. That inventory was last verified on 9 August 2026. We review it at least annually, and whenever a new third party reaches customer data.
